Refund conditions in the situation of abandonment of a course :
- In the situation where a person registers for our courses and he/she has not started the course, he/she has the right to cancel our registration (without penalty) by contacting us within 10 days before the beginning of the class.
- If the student has only attended a portion of a course, he/she is entitled to pay only the price of the lessons actually received, in proportion to the price agreed for the entire course. In this case, the institution may demand an indemnity not exceeding one fifth of the price agreed for the whole course, provided that in no case shall the total amount paid exceed the total price agreed for that course.
- In the case that the person registered has not taken any lessons, we can demand a compensation not exceeding one tenth of the total price of the course in question.
